Gorgeous machines!!!!

I have heard that these were budget friendly, decent performing machines but I have yet to ever try one. They look wonderful in your collection!!

Some day I really want to try the Dirt Devil Ultra MVP-- that's the dual headlight, heavier weight model but it looks really cool!!

My parents had a blue Ultra mvp and they grew it out but I have been looking for one and can't find them but there use to be a place years ago where I got my deluxe that had several red Ultra mvps.

Happy to see some out there like the Dirt Devil

Hello All,
While I am into heavy Hoovers from the early 20's to the late 40's, I have always like those Red Devils. I bought a new one just after the upright was available.
Wired just today I took and green Featherlite Dirt Devil from 1996 or 1997 apart to clean the fan.
Sorry for butting in but I was surprised to see a Thread about Dirt Devils.
Thank you for looking,
Pete

$100 each for the MVP's? I had one I got from Salvation Army in 2011 or so for $5. I guess I shouldn't have gotten rid of it! (I wasn't a collector then).

The machines on the far left and right. I'd take a machine like that for my collection provided I find one in really exceptional shape, and I'd really like it to be either a turquoise or black version. Way back before I knew better, I used to think these were such amazing machines!

Would like model number and picture of 1st Upright

phaeton's profile picture
Hello All,
I bought a Dirt Devil Upright when it came out and would really like to know the model number and see a picture of it.
I thought they were a good vacuum cleaner. I used it and I gave it to a young couple in the building when I moved.
Thank you for looking,
Pete
