Picked this up from a friend for what he paid for it($23.00) and decided to do a restore. replaced the fan and cleaned the whole inside and WAXED it! The outside was bad looked like it was left in the garage. Took MY Heritage II and with a handy butler buffed and removed all the rust and grime then waxed and polished it . Gave to my other friend for what I paid for it, for his mom. I am including Photos Enjoy!! Jim
PS I also restored the Heritage II as well and my Classic as well.

What did you use to polish it?

Mother's, Flitz? Autosol?

Regarding the polish

I used the buffing sticks that came with the Handi-Butler and finished with Collanite Auto Paste Wax.

Love the colors of that model, favorite Kirby right next to it in that pic, sweet looking couple! Nice work.

Looks sweet! Great work! I also have a G4 that I fixed up, was in a similar state when I got it but looks gorgeous now. Always amazed at how these can be brought back to life. Bravo, sir!

Built to last!

Those Kirbys are just plain built to last and with a little bit of TLC, look good doing it.
