I have a Tri-Star purchased in '05 and need to repair the hose. It has cracked and come apart at the pistol grip (see pic). Since it is close to the end of the hose, I was hoping to repair myself and sacrifice a couple inches of hose. Can this be done, or do I need to take someplace? It surely comes apart at the pistol grip, but I didn't see how. HELP!
