Have you made sure it has the propper fittings, it will require a plastic surround that teo little rubber mounta fit on that keep the moror in one place, the two rubber bung type things slot into the plastic cut out sections in Henry's casing. Be sure that the motor seal is on correctly and the casing is properly screwed down, inside the motor housing and the hat that says Henry is screwed down properly, once all screwed down run your hands around the edge of the casing and make sure the conver that says Henry on it is fully seated in position, sometimes they can miss aline when screwed down.
I do remember when I changed out the motor for the replacement you show, which is the direct replacement for the 99-03 models, it was not as powerful as the original 1100w motor that replaced it (the one I have photoed bellow is the original motor that Henry's used between 99-03...1100w single fan) |

That 1200w motor that is the direct (official) replacement for the old 99-03 Henry's is actually the same motor the new Henry's use now! At least in terms of appereance, they may well be made with less windings that make them 620w and not 1200w for the new Henry's, although, they do sound pretty much the same anyway.
They are lamb motors. |
