Last weekend I saved a nice Hoover 725 from the curb. It's in good cosmetic condition and is complete except for a missing beater bar. I've got a junker Hoover 700 out in the garage that has a beater bar. Does anyone know if the 700's beater bar will fit a 725? I haven't pulled it yet to try.

Thanks!

Thanks! Based on this info, it looks like it should fit. I'll try to get to it this weekend.

This is why I never get rid of parts machines. You never know what you may need down the road.
