Hey guys I just got a Heritage 84 yesterday at a yard sale for $5. The motor run a lot better than my Heritage II. It has damage to the hood. The people having the yard sale parents died and they were big Kirby freaks. There must've been 11 vacs in that house including a Regina 3 speed electrik broom and a kenmore magicord canister. They also had a Classic 1-cr that j got for $10. Anyway back to the Heritage 84 I need a heritage 84 outer bag and a heritage 84 nozzle, and as mentioned above I need a hood. If anybody has any of these parts laying around let me know by emailing me at sharkcar1998@gmail.com.
Are the Heritage 84's rare considering they were made for one year? Oh and about the bag I have a heritage II bag I will trade for it. Thanks and look at my channel on YouTube for the video on my new yard sale finds. It's SharkCar19998 |

Magic Cord is a Kenmore power nozzle canister from the 1970s area. It competed with Eureka Rotomatic and Hoover Celebrity. Many that have used the Cordaways love them. I have minimal experience with that. Some users think they are loud. They probably make decent noise but the tone is probably milder than that of the current generation shrieking stuff!
Neat finds. The Kenmore Cordaway could be a really neat unit if you like the styling and color of the one you saw. There were several color schemes! |

I think the "magic cord" the OP has in mind is the original issue Kirby cord with the 1960s-style male plug with the 1953 Kirby circle logo on it.
