Seems to be a common issue with these dual brush bars with the nylon and carbon fibre bristles. The carbon fibre ones (black in colour) ware down quick although I have seen the nylon ones (red in colour) ware down too!
I'm sure they will replace the part for you especially as you say it's not had much use! They shouldn't ware down like that, I don't think they have improved them either. | ||
