Thanks to Ken Hedrick (aka 'Packardman Ken'), I am now the proud owner of a mid-'80s vintage blue and white Hoover Quik-Broom, almost identical to the one I got for Christmas in 1986. The only differences I see are that this one has a blue nozzle, whereas mine was white and the power switch is black and mine was red. But I'm not complaining. This is a great little machine for the hard floors in my house, especially for getting up cat litter.

They were so well-built.

They're also very nice with the attachments. Clean, never belched any dust anywhere.  Good quality bag,  both short and long housing units.

Enjoy!

Human! Glad you are enjoying it. I have had several, but none that were as strong as that one. In fact, I am missing it right now for cleaning up the kitchen!!! I have a tan one that looks a lot more sophisticated (no insult intended) but the design is cleaner and the floor tool is much bigger and sturdier.I will photograph and post it as soon as our remodel is over and I can get to it!
