Just wanted to know if anyone out there has knowledge on the Hoover model 150? I have one and my question is will a convertible switch work on a model 150. Mine has the original 2 speed switch but the switch is so old it is unsafe to use and misses and pops when switching on? I actually pluged it into a surge protector to test the motor when I got it and it fired right up. Sometimes when the switch misses it sparks. I would actually just love to replace the original switch with a regular one speed switch for safer use. any help would be appreciated it. Also on the hunt for some better back wheels for my model 150 to. Sincerely Sam
