Thanks to a good friend, I had a much better bag installed on my 700. The bag has also been lined with a C bag for easy cleaning. Along with the new cord in place last month its looking quite dapper. The paint on the handle is the original paint so I will leave it alone. The flash from the camera makes it look rather on the chippy side but in person it looks fine.
I also just got done regreasing the brush-roll bearings this evening. (Which is something I plan on doing every 2 months or so)

All in all I'm really glad how this old girl is turning out!
