I'm wondering if these cords are proprietary to the Roll-Easy or if the female end is some sort of standard connector. I'm in need of 3 power cords and don't know where to begin looking (other than the obvious and fruitless eBay). Any info is appreciated!

It very well could be proprietary (considering G.E. had the electrical knowledge & resources to make whatever it wanted)

They were made in G.E.'s small appliance factory in Bridgeport, CT, which was a huge complex, since torn down.

But, the PWC logo may lead to something.

Paramount Wire Company?

Found this on the net. Company began in 1917. It could be "PWC".

It is only 60 miles between Brooklyn, and Bridgeport. So it seems likely.
