This is my Kirby Heritage II, which was rescued from Savers and gifted to me by my bestie. We cleaned it up a bit, but it definitely needs to be restored to a showroom shine.

I just got the hose yesterday from another dear friend Charles Richard Lester. Prior to this, I had never used my Heritages in canister mode, because I had no hose! Now I can enjoy the full versatility and functionality of the Kirby. I was shocked at how quiet the motor ran on high speed. It functioned great while cleaning two cars thoroughly with a Zippbrush. Brava, Kirbette!

I am able to use my Heritage attachments on the Heritage II, and I just love its power, versatility, lightweight, and contemporary-vintage sensibility. Do I have great friends or what?!

Many thanks to my bestie Mike and the incomparable Charles Richard Lester!

That is a beautiful machine. I used to have a Heritage like the one behind it but that's now on 'permanent loan' to my ex-girlfriend; that is, she borrowed it about three years ago and didn't give it back after she broke up with me about last summer. Oh well...

Just polished tonight with my bestie. I worked on my Heritage II and he worked on his DS 80. Here's the outcome.
