Hi all,

I have a Kenmore Progressive canister vacuum, 21614. I have never found the dirt sensor lights on the Powermate to be all that accurate. There are two red and two green lights, and even when I hear dirt going up the wands, often the green lights are still on. I bought it used at Sears so thought maybe the sensors were dirty. The manual mentions there are two sensors in the power nozzle neck that can be cleaned, but I don't see any.

Are dirt sensors just not very sensitive or do they need cleaning?
