Filing a claim isn't really my main concern, I'd really just like to find a pair of rear wheels for it since these are pretty uncommon and I have about 5 different Apex models now. The machine appeared to have been well wrapped, but unfortunately Bakelite is just so brittle in the cold. I wouldn't be surprised if the box was set down with excessive force many times during transit due to its large size. This was not the shipper's fault, it was UPS who damaged it.
