A friend of mine stopped by and dropped off two Kirbys (if it's two Kirbys should it be Kirbi? ). He still hasn't figured out what he wants to do with them. I told him I would clean up the G5 and fix the problems for him but I don't really want either vacuum. Fixed the G5's trans and cleaned it up, it just needs a new back plate now. I don't know why but the lower cord hook always breaks on the G5.
The Tradition runs, the bag has the paper bag conversion taking the #1 bag.

From what I've heard, the pigments in the G5's burgundy plastics make them more brittle than the other Kirby colors. My G5 has a charcoal colored back plate on it, presumably from a G4, along with a bag assembly from an Ultimate G and a brush roll for a Sentria. It's a real mutt but it runs like a champ.
