Almost a year ago, someone offered me a Kirby 505 via my wanted ad on Craigslist. Well, a few days ago, I got another message from someone with a 505 they wanted to sell. My jaw almost dropped when I saw what it came with! Not only did it have original wheels, cord, bag hanger, belt lifter, and grip, but it came with the original hose, floor polisher, and semi-complete set of black Ethocel attachments. Even the 3 fragile Ethocel extension tubes were there. I never thought I'd find the hose and attachments, I'm thrilled!

Great Find!! You have a great Kirby 505 there. It's wonderful how it came with the separate floor polishing head that was first introduced with this model in 1947. I love how the bristles on the Kirby 505 floor polishing nozzle spiral around. This was the only floor polising nozzle to use this pattern of bristles. It took me quite a while to get hold of one myself. Remember to take pictures of it once it's polished up.
