I know this has been discussed before but I can't remember the answer and I couldn't find it in the archives. Mine doesn't seem to be dated so I can't rely on that.

Also rumor has it that Water-Matic used this power nozzle as well. Is this true?

Royal and Fairfax and Water-Matic all used Air-Way's all-metal RugMasteR. Fairfax began to use it in 1976, Water-Matic for sure did in 1978 (maybe before, but not too long before), and Royal started in 1976 both for the Royal as well as the Electro-Hygiene models of tank AND canister cleaners.

Thanks!!!
I'm assuming Stark falls under the category of Royal as well?
Was the water matic the same turquoise color or had they changed the color by that point?
