My dad found a Hoover PortaPower in his office, and offered it to me. It has the canister, hose, wand, and one bag in it. is it worth getting if it needs another wand and floor nozzles? im pretty sure my grandparents have the 'small attachments' in a box at their place
Thanks!

Yes.

It's a wonderful little machine.  It's small,  powerful, and all of the attachments are the same quality used in all of the other Hoovers.

 Good Luck !!

They used the same tools on all machines. They didn't "cheapen" tools for lower priced vacuums.

Ill let him know to grab it. i hope i can find a wand, floor nozzles, and bags for it as im sure my grandparents still have the 'small attachments' and may have others for it as well. will have to check. I didnt know how good it was as ive been less-than-satisfied with my hoover convertible (for sale).
Thanks!

Which version of Portapower are you referring to?

I guess there is a portapower, portapower I, and portapower II. The later of which are a different design, from my understanding and use a different style bag.

Pics?

Either way, I would get it.
