When I owned a few of the earlier UK Dyson's model years ago I quite liked the DC01 and DC03.

My faveourite is the DC55/41 or any of the new Dyson uprights, they are better than ever now.

Of course, for sentimental reasons, the DC01 is one of my favourite Dysons.

My favorite dyson (i.e. bagless vacuum) is the Hoover Windtunnel Air. It was the top rated bagless vacuum in Consumer Reports and the US list price is $159.99.

have loved my dc18 6 years, so easy to use for me, but the newer 44 animal, wow that made life a lot easier.

All of them! Except the DC11 and DC18.
In particular I liked the DC07 and DC14 (WITH the seals in the soleplate) As they are quite powerful with excellent suction and the DC14 is probably the most reliable Dyson ever made! Also,, I like the DC25, DC24, DC33(sort of) DC41, DC41 mk2, DC55, DC75 Cinetic big ball and the Total clean V6.

My favourite Cylinder is the DC08. It's powerful suction (330 AW constant) and excellent floor tool makes it a good performer for a straight suction machine. The DC19 is similar but has diff tools, click fit and less suction.
I like the DC21 Motorhead which is the same thing but with a PN.

Definitely the DC15. I have always liked its design.

Hi Jake,

Welcome to the site!

Personally, I'm not a fan of Dysons, or indeed of bagless vacuums, but being impartial for a moment, my favourite Dyson is the DC04. I think they got the right balance between build quality and perfoamcne with the 04's. After that, they became more and more hit and miss - some high performers but that were very flimsey and some solid machines but that didn't perform that well and had too many internal issues.

Now, if I only I could get a DC41.2 brushroll into a DC04 - that would be quite a machine indeed!

Chris

I like my DC 14 Complete, but it doesn't deep clean well, so I use it on short pile carpets and thin area rugs as well as stairs. For a plastic vac, it's built very well and is great for what its used for.

Mine is the DC65, it made me not hate Dysons, like I used to.

My second favorite dyson is Tom Gasko's pink/purple Dyson that he proudly displays at the Vacuum Museum. My third favorite is the blue print limited edition model that was sold exclusively at Costco.

My favorite Dyson is the 1984 Cyclon 1000. This one is serial number 46. I believe it is the only Cyclon model in the United States, and this one is new.

Now that's one noteworthy cleaner. I dont mean to seem nosy but I am curious: Are you the popular collector with the vacuum cleaner museum? If you are, that's awesome and I'd like to know more about it, being a collector myself.

Every experience I've ever had with any Dyson wasn't good at all. I have a DC40 and its upstairs collecting dust because its useless. I have tried so hard to like them, but I just can't....Guess I don't have a favorite.
