Hoover Concept I personally don't own one of these vacuums, but when I used my friend Stephen's Concept I was very impressed at how well it cleaned and how quiet it was. It was also very easy to push accross the carpet. That is very important feature for me! | ||

I was lucky and found my concept one for 21.00. Although I had to get new bags, powerdrive belt, agitator belt, bulbs, and brush strips. So I probably did invest about 40 something but man that thing cleans so well! Even better than the Eureka power drive that I recently got off ebay. | ||
