I was going through my pics and wanted to share this in case someone runs into this issue.

On my Olympia One I noticed the power nozzle only worked when the power to the vacuum was off.

Turn the vacuum on and the power nozzle stopped working.

Someone just connected the wires wrong on the cord reel. The black and gray wires just needed to swapped.

Almost sounds like the machine was rigged for a practical joke.
