Kenny... Congrat'on getting your 61's.They are wonderful vac's and they can clean so very well.They were made after the war and was a great new design for Hoover.Your right! They are tanks,well made to last.Enjoy and have fun.Those W bags hold alot of dirt and are reuseable.Rather ahead of there time on that and filter well too. Michael | ||

PINKGE THE DESIGN OF THE 61 ACTUALLY CAME FROM THE SHORTLIVED PREWAR MODEL 60 THE O N L Y DIFFERENCE WAS THE HANDLE DESIGN DONT GET ME WRONG I HAVE 4 61S THEY MADE A GOOD VACUUM EVEN BETTER | ||
