Stupidly, I sold my Vac-U-Tronic Tester last year because I wasn't using it, now that I've been working on stuff more I decided to find another one, which I did. They are useful for measuring suction and also bringing up a vacuum that hasn't been run in a long time on partial power. I got it yesterday (poorly packaged) and everything works but the ammeter. When turning an appliance on or off, the needle moves ever so slightly but doesn't really register anything. All of the wires inside appear solidly connected and nothing obvious is out of order inside of the meter as far as I can tell. Does anyone know anything about these...how to repair them or where to find a replacement ammeter that would fit? Any help is appreciated.
