What could be making this Henry overheat? I want to use it as a daily driver and know these are good reliable machines, duh. Nice machine in every single way possible really, wanna get this thing to work!

Full bag or dirty filter if its been used bagless. Or possibly a blockage somewhere. Don't quote me on that though.

No worries. Also, it could possibly be very dry motor bearings. Again, don't quote me on this. Best asking Alex.

Have you checked the bag is not full? Filter is clean? Are the wands and hose free from clogs? Failing all that it could be either the motor sound insulation in caked in carbon dust not letting the motor cool properly. It could also be a dust build up on the motors fan blades causing drag, resulting in the motor over heating.

Cheers Alex, I think the lady used it bagless because there's no bags, ironically and it's overheating. I will get it and see what happens
