I was out for a walk and found this vacuum at the curb. It has to be an old lady's vacuum. So well cared for. Even with the tape on the hose, it still has great power. Little use on the power head.

OMG!

Many years ago I had one of those, and sold it to a lady friend of mine to use in her sewing room. Same power nozzle as Filter Queen, unimpressive, but still worked well on low pile carpet. That's a keeper if you like it. You could order a replacement electric hose carcass and have the ends retrofitted. If you want to sell it, let me know. I have never seen one again since back then. I think when GE changed over to Premier, they still carried that model over with the new badge IIRC.

It would be late 1970's as its very similar to these in the 1978 Canadian Tire Catalogue.

GE

Stopped making vacs in the US sometime in 72, that power nozzle is the one GE sold to Filter Queen, along with the Cordwinder.
