Ah metal plate under the premotor filter? It looks like a silver plate with holes in it and one side says top, Also does any one have a genuine premotor filter? I also require something called the belt cover and the white gasket that goes ontop of the base where the hood meets the plastic. I do know I saw the kit but I cant find it I cant remember what site it was on.

I don't remember seeing an all-metal plate under the pre-motor filter of my cranberry red World Vac canister.

The World Vac canister was pretty much all plastic, except for the two motors and all the screws and hardware used to assemble it.
