I spied this 719 hiding behind some golf clubs! The belt path was clogged up with a mass of dust bunnies and who knows what else. It runs nicely but it will get a complete tear down and cleaning. It also came with a stack of C bags, which I already had like a million of!

I have a few of them. It's so close to the model 70, Delft Blue. Only this model, of course, has the 4 position height control.
Although I know that the type A apparatus holds more dirt, etc. I like the type C setup. You know that he filter paper was made not too far from me, right here in the poconos. THat's what I was told when Tom A and I were at plant 2. |

Here is my new Hoover 6525C I received yesterday for only 25€
The saler came to home with the vacuum. The vacuum stays about 40 years in a basement, without work. None dust, perfectly clean, the brushroll is in perfect condition, the lamp bulbe is ok. Today the vacuum is like new. I just had to change the belt and install a paper bag, nothing more. Now, this one is my 7th Hoover convertible model 65 (in France 652) |

Hi John, here in France, we call this pattern: "point of hungary"
Some years ago I had carpet in my bedroom, I removed it because my dog had deteriorated significantly. I have no dog today, maybe I defer carpet later. I just have a small rug at the foot of my bed, the hall of my entrance has marble but there is carpet on all other rooms. belive me, this is a real pleasure to clean all the carpets with Hoover convertible model 652. Born in 1959, my parents bought a first Hoover grey 652 in 1960, this one still works very well, my brother has recovered to his country house. Then we had a green 652A, we kept it until the maid broken it. Today I own this small and humble collection of 7 blue Hoover 6525C plus an old 612. Later, if I can find a green 652A I'll try to get it, it depends of the price, but after that, it would be good to stop my search, I have to watch my spending... |

I love rugs and lots of hardwood flooring. There is hardwood flooring all over my house, except for one bedroom.that is white wall to wall Karastan.
THere is tile in both bathrooms, marble in the foyer, and some parts have parquet. I love patterns in floors. If I had to install any new flooring, it would be "Point of Hungary".. or, as we say 'over here', "herringbone". Yes, I admired your bakura rug, or, referred over here as "the elephant's foot". Enjoy those Hoover cleaners. John |

I'll not argue w/ anyone about flooring. Nonetheless, it is striking. John |
