So I have always found this cleaner fascinating, mainly due to the handle being the same color as the machine, stellar red I believe , anyway here are some pic of the before, the refurb process, and the finished product, I got this from ebay for £13.49, and as you can see it is very dusty and dirty, the mounts for the body have been tightened way to tigh on the machine to the point where I couldn't recline it at first, the bearings were dry but are now lubed and smoothn anyway here it is.

This belt must of not been changed for quite a while, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the original one.

An inside view of the bellows, I will never understand how dirt gets into the section next to the them.

Citreon - what's with the Dyson pic?

Michael, you've done a bang up job with this one, well done! These are getting quite rare now, so it's one that's worth hanging onto.

Do you like Citroen Bx's by any chance Citroen?

If you get one in the future, watch out for things like this happening.

Absolutely smashing restoration there! Even though by the end of the 90s they were budget machines, they were way better than the budget machines we have now!

Well done!

The BX came from two concepts, both designed by Marcello Gandini.

The top photo shows the Reliant FW11, the one in the middle is the Volvo "Tundra" and then Citroën BX.

Now, respectively can you stop posting photos that seemingly have no relation to this topic?

My keyboard does not have an umlaut on it, so you'll have to cope with it being spelt Citreon.

But more to the point, what did you pictures of those Dysons have to do with Michael's turbopower? We know you like the DC01's, you don't need to post a photo in every single response.
