Looks a lot like the one we had when I was growing up except ours had a pistachio green motor cover and didn't have a headlight, which even as a small child I thought it should have. No doubt the top half of the handle was replaced from a donor machine. Had I been doing that repair, I might have replaced the whole thing for aesthetic purposes. Of course, I made up a two-tone handle for one of my Electrolux hoses because it was more important to me to use the best of what I had available than to make everything match.

I just put a Eureka style RD belt & works good; but I will probably upgrade to top fill bag for better performance |

I am thinking about a 4-brush bristle only roller; should I go for genuine or generic? Or should I stay with the 2-brush/beater bar roller? |
