OOps! Getting delayed fixing my 801 because I rescued this guy. Found a reno for it now I need a bag. Thank goodness this one's parts are still readily available.

Again thank you, your archives really help me.

I am an 'ole lady' 77, retired Med Tech which is not the kind of tech I need to be to fix these old gems.

Wish I would have taken a pic of 'before' , raunchy!

Nice find!

Looks like that one has 'good bones'. It shouldn't be terribly difficult to get it back to working order. There are plenty of YouTube videos and online tutorials that can help you with whatever repairs you need to make.

Erie...

you go, gal! If you can find veins in your old work, you've got the chops to do fantastic Kirby restorations! Go to it and give us lots of pics!

Junk pile find

I don't think her inners need fixing. After I cleaned her up as best I could I ran her over my carpet and I liked the way the fibers in the carpet responded. Expecting the bag to arrive today. Now,a hiatus! The crappie are coming and I'm going fishing!
