Welcome to Vacuumland, Kyle. That looks like a well-maintained floor polisher from the 1950s. Does it have a name plate (showing the model, amps or watts, and other data)?

Sometimes stores put their private labels on them--so it could also be one of those instead of a company such as Shetland, Hamilton Beach, and the like.
