It went to Miss Pupek. It will be shoved in a silo in Pennsylvania, and will never see the light of day again. When the old girl dies, there will be a LOT of very rare stuff that will either be sold or go into a dump. Whenever you see W....7 on ebay, that's her.

I have the turquoise model that I got from Charles Lester a few years ago. They are very nice machines.

I have never been able to outbid W...7. They must have some DEEP pockets.

There's more than one sniper-hoarder out there -- one in particular, the greediest-grabber I've ever seen, also lives in Pennsylvania.......

Hans:
He has a simple way to always outbid anyone. He uses robobidder, and sets his high bid at $1000.00 He watches in great joy as people outbid each other (the new in box Bison is one example). At the last minute, robobidder outbids everyone. He has enough money that it doesn't matter to him how much it costs to win. When the boxes are shipped, either to Pennsylvania or Porto Rico, they remain unopened for quite some time, as so many arrive daily. How sad to have that many rare machines, and enjoy them all by yourself. No one to share them with. Remember, this is the same person who came to Stan Kann's funeral and tried to buy Stan's collection from Stan's manager, who also oversaw Stan's estate. Came to the funeral with CASH, which he showed me. That's the kind of person we're talking about.

I wouldn't assume that they are staying in the US. They're probably heading to North Korea to be part of Kim Jong-un's collection.
