I found this for sale online. I have never seen anything like it, and didn't find anything in the archives that related to this style of vacuum...so i'm posting it.

There seems to have also been a Tornado Carpetkeeper that resembled a Lindhaus Healthpro, far les heavy/commercial and with onboard tools.

Tornado Hi-Lo Carpetkeeper

I saw an ad once for the Tornado Hi-Lo Carpetkeeper machine. It looked very much like a Panasonic Jet-Flo. I've never seen a machine like that in pictures or in person.

It looks sort of like a Hoover Conquest. Id say that's a pretty cool find, I know I've never seen one.

I'd certainly have a look see. 3500 miles is to far. When they are cheap i try to have a friend buy and store it for me until i return to the area, this one is too pricey to buy sight unseen.

Its definitely an interesting machine, would love to see one in person and explore it a bit, also want to use it and see what I think too.

The first picture

... is a VERY early model, likely from the '70s or early '80s. The health care facility I worked in in the '80s had one very similar to it -- maybe even an earlier model.

It weighed (no exaggeration, proven on a scale) 49 pounds.
