Have a Riccar Sunburst or Moonlight canister? I'm interested in getting one in the near future, absolutely love the new floor tool! Here are my questions....How long is the cored and hose? Also does it maneuver well? Nothing a hate more than a canister with a stiff awkward hose to fight with.

The Sunburst and the Moonlight are two different body styles. The Sunburst is a very good, compact vacuum. I do not like that the hose doesn't swivel at the handle end (but DOES swivel at the machine end). I don't like that the wand to hose handle connection is friction fit (but the floor tool is button lock onto the wand end). I like that the bags are HEPA and easy to change. The Cord is 22 feet long, the hose is 7 feet long. The motor is single speed.

The Moonlight is a somewhat larger machine, with a larger HEPA bag. The cord is 24 feet long, the hose is 7 1/2 feet long. The hose swivels at both ends, the hose handle to wand connection is button lock. The dusting brush is the 3 in 1 Combination tool (like an Electrolux). The motor is variable speed. The machine features a very nice, retractable carrying handle.

The WOW tool is awesome, and comes with both models.

Thanks Tom!

That's exactly the info I was looking for! If I do decide to take the plunge I'll probably choose the Moonlight because I have a larger home that's completely covered in hardwood floors. The lager dust bag would definitely be a plus, and I'm a sucker for a real horse hair dusting brush.
