Has anyone used this new attachment?

It looks like it is all self contained.
I have the Rainjet and have used it all the time for cleaning garage floor, patio floors, kitchen and bath floors with the flip over brush/squeegee and then the sponge/squeegee flip over tool for the laminate floors. I liked it because I could go straight from regular suction cleaning to mopping by just changing out the bottom wand and tool. Also liked the flip over design. One tool does both jobs and it is small enough to get under and round things without ever having to move furniture.
No need for separate appliances to store and it is self cleaning. When you are finished the wands, hose are cleaned by picking up a little hot water.
The new cleaning formula's are so concentrated it takes very little cleaner or water to do the job, so no need to be emptying the water basin over and over again.

I am guessing the Supermop with reusable washable pads would be more for weekly general cleaning and dusting.

I was thinking also about the new Kirby attachment for the wet floor cleaning and wonder how that would work as the Kirby would not be able to suck the water up and dry the floor and the size of the machines itself would prevent using it in small places (like under the sofa and around table legs).

If anyone has had experence with the Supermop, I would appreciate their thoughts..

I have one Rob...

It has a swivel head and is just like having a micro fiber mop. The advantage to this is you use the Rain Jet and squirt the solution on the floor as you mop, saving time having to pick up a bottle of floor cleaner and spritzing the mop. I just wish it came with more than 2 mop pads.

One more thing, it is larger than my micro fiber mop head which is good for large spaces and bad for narrow spaces.

New Rainbow Attachment-Supermop

Thanks Bud,
I was thinking it looked pretty big to me in the pictures.
The Rainbow Web Site says it comes with 2 pads, but you would maybe need a few more for changes.
I can see what you say- if you have large open areas to clean it would be fine but I prefer the smaller footprint. I just prefer the smaller size nozzles. I never liked the wide upright nozzles or canister power nozzles in my home situation.
Thanks for your input.
