These two parts have me a little stumped. One is the handle tensioner spring which I think
attaches to the wheel axle and somewhere/how to the handle. The other white bit
I think routes/attaches the main wire harness as it snakes under the hood from the handle.
It dropped off of it's own accord during disassembly so I didn't see where/how it should be reassembled.
If someone can point me in the right direction on these I would be very grateful.

Well, what you have for the spring, I am guessing that the spring is used to keep the handle up straight upright.
