Excellent newsletter, a big thanks to Jay Hutson, and anyone who contributed! As with every convention, there were lots of showpieces to ogle, play with, and talk about. There's always first timers, and old friends to share the wonders of vacuums, and that's what the conventions bring to us all. Thanks to all who put them together! I'm looking forward to next year's convention and it should be a great turnout due to the central location, reasonable air fares, etc., and the best thing is, it's roughly 10-15 min. from my house! Looking forward to seeing everyone again! Vacuum on!

Rick, May I call you Rick?

It will be GREAT to see you again too. Should I act up or behave? People have said, 'Oh, just be yourself'. Which takes us right back to the initial question. ME? act up? Never!!!

Newsletter? What newsletter? Do they go out to members of the VCCC, since I am one (joined up early in the year)? Could someone email me and clue me in?

Joe

Hi Joe:

Sometimes the newsletters take a few days to reach everybody. Since you posted it here, the right people will see that you get one. I just got mine last night, and loved it.

Alex Taber.

Hi everyone,

The newsletter was in my email box this morning, and it looks great. I was "leafing" through it over my morning cup of coffee. Congrats are in order for such a good looking and informative document.

This newsletter is fantastic!

Most people have no idea the work that goes into this. Compiling the data alone is a chore, to say nothing of typing, editing, designing pages and the creative process. I do, and remember the days when it was hand written, printed, and mailed to everybody. I have to send out a huge thank you to all the people who worked on this. Great job guys.

Great job!

It cost $5.00 to print at the library, but it was definitely worth it!

And to think I once had to spend several hundred dollars, producing 6 of them every year. Kinkos copy center was not cheap.

Can't wait for June either, I got 6 months to get my house in order, figure out what to cater for lunch, and you all better have your shopping lists ready too, I'd like to be able to see my garage floor again!

You have to be a member of the VCCC which is completely separate from this site.
