Today in Product Stat...

When I first found this article I had no idea that GE made a floor scrubber as an attachment to a vacuum cleaner and not a stand alone machine...

I would like to experience using one of these attachments or even design one of my own ,,,
How about that for an idea?

GE Floor Washer/Dryer

I just put one of these very interesting attachments on EBay along with the matching electric sweeper.
Bissell,Hoover,Shetland,Regina,GE and others all had ideas to scrub a hard floor and pick up dirty water. The GE is the only one that was a vac attachment. There were also bucket attachments for general wet pick up but with hoses running in and out.The above description,my pictures and Hans real use will give you an idea of what it was like when "progress" meant something at General Electric.
