So its been a while since i talked about my lovely Compact IEC C9
new belt in the power head and a new motor . a new cloth bag a new paper bag and shes been pretty much trouble free shes my daily driver next to my Electrolux 86 (electrolux 86 new life if you want to see it or my pictures )Only thing i had to replace was the pigtail cord from the vacuum to the hose and the motor in the power head other than that its good

very nice machine

Here is mine came with, book, vacuum base, turbo brush, 1 electric hose, 1 straight suction hose, 4 wands, one mini wand, floor tool, wall brush snap in carpet tool, crevice tool, dusting brush, upolstry brush with snap in gaurd for curtains, all original but the electric hose i bought an original hose to put on it. The letter is from the VP of compact Harold J Schoettler in 1977 when vac was bought new.wonderfull buy for $12.00 bucks works great

Dont you just love the Compact electra c9 vacuum ? Works so good trouble free to .
I like yours its in wonderful shape i repainted mine a light blue i could not match the original blue it once should of had . Compact are great machine a real work horse great pictures you took nice to see some one that like em as much as i do . Im only missing the metal rug nozzle .
