I had I thought about bissel I've never heard of a pre ninetys bissel vacuum I've seen there old carpet sweepers. Did bissel stick to sweeping for decades before entering vacuum cleaners or am I just not seeing the vintage bissels? I personaly am not a fan I know some maybe but my opinion is they are very cheap and poor poor quality. Would like to know their involvement
