I had a call on Wednesday from Tania, she spotted a like new Tristar at a pawn shop close to my house. Of course she called and first asked, "if you want it Morgan it is there, if you don't I would love to have it". Friday morning I headed over to inspect the vacuum. She was right, it was used very little. The original filter on the blower port was hardly even discolored. Here are some pics.

Morgan, You ARE telling the truth. I think she can SMELL good vacuums out and spot one in a second. Nice find. |

Rob,
I don't know how she does it...but I remember a time we were with a group and went to a home in Chicago where the basement was full of vacuums...I was scared to death..it was a fire trap. The next thing I knew, we could see Tania's feet underneath the stair case...yelling ...I found it! I found it! A new Filter Queen in the box...none of the rest of us were brave enough..LOL Milwaukee is only about 3.5 or 4 hours from Dubuque and yet she sniffed it out. Not a bad deal, $149.95 for the newest model Tri-Star. It is missing the upholstery tool and it didn't have the mini power nozzle. |
