Hi guys,
wondered if anyone could help? I am listing the Hoover S3360 and have seen parts listed as both 'electronic' and 'sensotronic'.

Is anyone able to help please?

A photo of the cleaner would help a lot with this one. What colour is it?

It is a dark red. I will take it out of the box and add photos to the listing tomorrow.

Thanks

I believe both the term "Sensotronic" and "Electronic" can be applied. "Sensotronic" was the name applied the whole range (like "Junior", "Turbopower", "Purepower" etc) where as "electronic" refers more to that model as it had electronic variable power and (possibly) an electric remote controls on the hose.

Sensotronic was only on cleaners that had some sort of sensor in them, even if it was only an electronic bag full indicator/airflow restriction sensor like the Sensotronic System 1.

Judging by the box, this Electronic model has a speed control dial like the System 2 and 4 models, but has a piston valve bag full indicator. I remember seeing one of these dumbed down Sensotronics many years ago in white, but I think I also saw a grey version too. I have never seen it in red, but I am guessing it will be the same burgundy red that the exclusive system 25 came in.
