Charles....ok, I am going to take a educated guess here. Are you referring to the Kirby Aer Rotor, the short-lived canister that not many know Kirby made for a short time & was a HUGE failure? Surely this is what you mean by the Kirby you didn't know about....

~ No, it's not an Aer-Rotor. I did know about that machine and have actually seen one that was a little different from the one in the photo above. The Bakelite top part of the motor housing was black instead of mottled brown. See my new thread entitled "Okay kids, get the smelling salts and fainting couch handy..." |

How does the Aer Rotor work-don't see where the motor is.Is this machine bagless?Do you use it with the upright Kirby powerplant?This machine is a mystery to me.And I wonder if this machine could pick up liquids. |
