Miele is making a new robot vacuum, it doesn't seem like Miele to do this. It doesn't seem powerful and uses rather cheap plastic. Oh great Miele................$899.99!

I pointed this out in an older thread, but that machine has only a one year warranty and is not made by miele, in fact it is available for about half that price under a different name.

The Meile dealer in my area was talking about this machine-both of us agreed that this isn't the way for Meile to go.ANY of their vacuums will do a much better job than this robot vac.The robot vac would have that "gadget" appeal. The dealer is still wondering wether to carry these.

NOT A MIELE

These are fake, there a piece of cheap plastic with a MIELE symbol on it. Miele probably doesn't even make it in its factory. I see them going out of style quickly.

As I stated above, it is a rebadged iclebo, therefore made by iclebo and not miele.
That is not to say it is bad per say, but miele has said it is for daily cleaning only and not meant to replace a full sized vacuum. I would bet that miele partnered with the best manufacturer they could find.

From a video I've seen, it says made in Korea on the data. One can assume it perhaps comes from the LG or Samsung stable. Perhaps Samsung, as it does look strikingly like the navibot.

Check my link, look at pictures of the brushes and bins on both the miele and the iclebo, they are the same.

.. The thing I regret the most is bringing in 3 of the scouts into my store... ... I believed the rep and took it at face value and boy did that ever blow up on me...

I sell tons of roomba's .... these will not move. I will end up packaging them with the purchase of a swing or uniq/marin .... .... Not going to order these again.
