How do I identify exactly which model Electrolux 1205 I have? This is my very first ever attempt at repairing and restoring!! Thanks for any help you can offer! I'm doing this without any previous knowledge, training, experience or even a manual!

well, pictures would help. But, smooth body or textured? what shade of blue? electrified hose or plug on front, or both? Or is it Gold?

And welcome to the forum. Lots of very knowledgeable people here and plenty of information and friendly debate.

I was in the middle of restoring an inherited 1401 - Olympia One when I found this wonderful place and got a good deal of helpful information and advice.
