I went over to my storage centre today to try and make some space for some of my recent additions and took the camera along to take some shots of the collection that's been there a while and not boxed up.

Here's the 90th Anniversary Jubilee Purepower in see through translucent blue, it's the bagged model U3250 from 1998. I think the colours are great on this machine. Unlike the current Dust Manager model where only the bag door is see through this entire machine is made from the translucent plastic.

This is one of the UK made Purepowers with variable power control. I remember the first and only time I saw one in a store was at House of Fraser on Oxford street

I have two of these, the 90th one I got from a guy in Germany and the other one in the UK which has Purepower Light written on the door bag.

And a pic of my Powerplus

And here's a pic of the Powerplus U3250 it has a after market bag and would love to find the correct one but I don't hold out much chance.

A question for our UK mates, where the Powerplus models not on the market for very long ? I don't think I have ever seen one on ebay.

Hey Mate

The Purepower is AMAZING ! im sure certain collectors over here would sell body parts to get one lol!.

The Powerplus wasnt around long as the Turbopower was Hoovers most popular machine by 84(ish) when this version came out. Whats the serial # of yours?
