Video Killed the Radio Star Is a 1979 Song by the Buggles, One of which I can't stop listening to! Below is a link to a televised filming of the performance, likely shot in Britain or so going off the foreign texts appearing near the bottom of the screen about mid-way through the song, and that the Buggles are a British band. At the end of the video, what should begin to appear in what seems like a TV commercial,  but a perfect Eureka-Williams logo! You'll have to be quick to pause the video. But WHAT is a Eureka-Williams logo doing on the other side of the pond? Any ideas?

Eureka made Parnell vacuum cleaners in Britain (or at least sold them there) They probably used the same logo.

Where exactly are we looking? With regards to Parnell, that name disappeared here in the 1960's.

The video is of a performance in Germany not Britain, personally I could not see anything apart from a second of a cut to another video

Still contains the logo. Skip to the very end and pause at that final second!
