I mentioned in an earlier post that I thought the Kirby 560 was one of the most elegant designs, right up there with the Eureka Model M. Here is a picture of the two together for comparison.

The Eureka is very elegant.  It has an art deco look.  I like!  I would love to see some photos of it disassembled.  I'm curious about its motor/fan setup, etc.  Smile

Can attachments be used on that Eureka-really nice vacuum!

Attachments can be used after removing the front belt cover, similar to a Royal metal upright. I don't have them.

Good-interesting-sort of thought the machine could be used with a hose and tools.
