All, we will be touring the CWP factory in the morning on Friday of the convention. I need to know your favorite brush roll. The company asked for a list of attendees and their favorite brush roll. I think they are going to surprise us. Please send me your favorite via email. See you real soon. Barb

Hi Barb.

That sounds like a lot of fun, but I doubt if the old ones like Vacuette are on their list, if so that's my favorite, aside from that, it would have to be the G series. My second choice is the G-4.

Thanks,
Alex Taber.

Barb,

My favorites would be these Kirby brush rolls:
1525 = single bristle, 13" (models 513 to D80)
500505 = double bristle, 13" (models HI to LGII)
152575 = single bristle, 16" (models 1CR to 3CB)
152581 = single bristle, 16", no magnet (models HI to HII)

I do hope CWP adds the 500505 13" double bristle brush roll to their list.

~Ben

To me, it would make sense that CWP could make a listing for the 500505 13" brushroll as a aftermarket item. After all, CWP is a division of ScottFetzer, & they manufacture the genuine Kirby brushrolls :-)

Rob,

Another would be the two 18" wide brush rolls for the American-Lincoln "Super Sweep" and the later "Super-Vac 180" series, but I would doubt CWP would have such interest in making those two due to the lack of appeal, if any, of those models.

If anyone is interested here is a list of brush rolls that Cleveland Wood products currently manufactures. It would probably help Barb out if you could send her the part number along with your favorite brush roll. I requested an Oreck brush roll, sorry John!

Barb,

And this is what the 500505 13" double-bristle brush roll would look like.

Ben, Barb is asking for convention ATTENDEES and their favorite brushrolls. I am pretty sure they want to know what brushrolls they currently manufacture, not discontinued brush rolls. This is a factory tour we are talking about. They probably want to know so they can tailor the tour to what the group is interested in.

CWP Tour

The brush roll list is only for those attending the convention as part of the tour. The company asked me for a list of attendees and their favorite brush roll. I do not know what they are planning. The people I am working with at both Kirby and CWP are great folks and working to make our convention special.
Thanks, Barb

Hi Barb.

Just curious, do you have an approximate head count of the attendees this year, or is it still too early know?

I'm counting down the days, that last week I'll be counting the hours.
Alex Taber.
