What are some of the more quiet wet dry vacs out there? I have a Craftsman 5 gallon wall mount with remote made by vacmaster that is quiet what else is also quiet. My 16 gallon Craftsman with detachable blower is loud. I've heard Rigid with SNR is not too bad? Any tips??

My Oreck commercial vac is rather quiet. Bought it new about two years ago. Got sick of screaming motors. The Oreck commercial did set me back around $600 if I remember correctly. It is terrific and is pure quality throughout.

Quiet Wet-Dry vacuums are not going to be easy to find-and the quiet ones will be $$$$The really quiet W-D machines are often sold by the higher end commercial companies like NSS, Nilfiskand,Polman-Holt.
